Machining from standard products (angles and channels) on the market is expensive. If you could design custom bolt- grooved rails, the cost could be reduced and the installation time shortened. However, complex forming techniques and accuracy are required to achieve that shape in stainless steel.
We would propose a stainless steel bolt- grooved rail combining two high-precision roll-forming components after confirming the detailed requirements from the customer.
